Fulfilling Orders<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sweet Case eshop makes every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and shipped on the same day.<\/p>\n

Orders placed before 15:00 Greek time are shipped the same day.<\/p>\n

Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

For the delivery of your purchases throughout Greece, we cooperate with recognized courier companies. The estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days, it is indicative, and may differ in islands and remote areas.<\/p>\n

Foreign shipments are made by DHL<\/strong> Courier<\/strong> and delivered in 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery time may vary from country to country.<\/p>\n

No deliveries are made to post boxes.<\/p>\n

Sweet Case eshop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.<\/p>\n

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the bill of lading number and a link to track your shipment on the partner courier's website.<\/p>\n

The Sweet Case eshop offers free shipping of your products within Attica for purchases over \u20ac100 and for the rest of Greece for purchases over \u20ac200.<\/strong><\/p>\n
