YOUR ORDER

After you have selected and viewed in detail the products you are interested in, add them to the cart. For an instant preview of your cart or to proceed to checkout, select the cart icon (top right point of the screen, next to the central horizontal menu). SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS IMPLEMENTATION

Sweet Case e-shop makes every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and shipped on the same day. Orders placed before 15:00 Greek time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days.

PICK UP FROM STORE

You can pick up your order from our store at 14 Pandrosou Street, Plaka, Athens, 105 56. If your order has been placed before 11:00 noon and you have contacted us about its availability.

DELIVERY

For the delivery of your purchases, we work with recognized courier companies. Deliveries throughout Greece are made by domestic couriers and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days. Estimated time is indicative and may vary in islands and remote areas.

International shipments are made by DHL Courier and delivered in 2-5 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary in some countries. Deliveries to post office boxes cannot be made.

Sweet Case e-shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.

When your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail with the bill of lading number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the partner courier's site.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The Sweet Case e-shop offers free shipping for purchases over €100 within Attica and for purchases over €200 for the rest of Greece. Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance costs and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 

RETURN POLICY

How to make a return

In case of return, an email should be sent to the address sweetcase14@gmail.com which must include the order code, or by phone on +30 21 0324 5577. Once we receive and accept your return, we will contact you to confirm receipt of your return.

The customer is responsible for the return of the package, including any charges incurred in transportation. For returns from non-EU countries, customs and duty costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. It would be better to send the parcel registered or by courier. Sweet Case e-shop is not responsible for any loss. It should be understood that we only accept products purchased from our online store sweetcase.com.gr.

Restrictions

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of 20 days from the date you receive the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. Products that have been laundered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sweet Case eshop reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not shipped in accordance with the return terms listed above, as well as the instructions that accompany each order. In the case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, products will be returned to the original order shipping address.

Returns Management

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 20 days from the date of receipt of the order and you can choose between an item change, a credit balance or a refund.

PRODUCT CHANGE

Products can be exchanged for any available different size or item. If you wish to exchange merchandise purchased from the Sweet Case e-shop with another size or color, please contact us by e-mail at sweetcase14@gmail.com or by phone at +30 21 0324 5577.

CREDIT BALANCE ISSUANCE

If you would like the refund amount to be credited to your Sweet Case account, please contact us by email sweetcase14@gmail.com or by phone on 21 0324 5577 and you will receive the special code by e-mail. Still, having logged into sweetcase.com.gr  you can be updated about your credit amount and code via the "My Account" page at the link: https://sweetcase.com.gr/my-account

The amount of the refund is credited to your account and deducted using the relevant code sent to you at the next checkout. Please treat the credit as cash. For orders where the total amount exceeds the value of the credit balance, you must choose the method of payment for the difference. The code is valid until the credit amount is used up. Your credit balance can only be redeemed on sweetcase.com.gr  at any time without limitation. Redemption of your credit amount and use of the code must be done only through your personal account at sweetcase.com.gr  and it cannot be used by another person or account. The sweetcase.com.gr  is not responsible for stolen codes.

REFUND

Refunds are made immediately once the returned items are received and inspected (1-3 business days). Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account that was used to pay for the order. Processing time varies by bank and credit card type. In the event that the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account indicated by the customer.
